I wanted to email and say thank you for such a warm welcome last week when I came to visit you and have a look around the marina. It's safe to say that Shepperton is by far the best marina I have ever visited with outstanding facilities for all berth holders, and your location is certainly convenient for having access to Heathrow and the M4. Additionally, in maybe a later stage of working life, Barge World would be an ideal place to rent a mooring.

My experience of Shepperton Marina has been first class. I have no complaints. It is very well run and efficient. The facilities are very good and clean. The team are all very helpful and friendly. My berth was excellent.

I just wanted to convey our sincere gratitude for the new BBQ area in Basin B. It's an amazing upgrade to the utility of our berth and that general area. I can imagine there was a lot of hard work and planning in that project so we wanted to let you and your team know how much we really appreciate it.

I did want to thank you all for a great few years of mooring at Shepperton. I have visited many other marinas and I don’t think any top what Shepperton offers both in terms of the fantastic staff, the size and location of the moorings, the facilities and the high standards that are maintained. It would not surprise me if I find myself returning before too long! Chris.

Thank you so much for all your help over the past few weeks while we had Talleyrose at Shepperton. The marina is really lovely but the staff and the service are what makes it extra special. From helping us with a visitor mooring for our tender, to the overall willingness to assist, is what makes this marina stand out. And absolute respect and kudos to the two crane operators!! Really professional, efficient and experts. And thank them for their support after the lock closure too!! (And Sarah for arranging so quickly!) Really must commend you all on a really wonderful marina.

Shepperton Marina has great facilities and many well-priced marina services plus they offer lots of discounts for being a moorer. There’s a large chandlery and service department on-site and parking is never a problem. We have moored here at Shepperton for over 20 years now and feel very much at home with the friendly, helpful staff.

I bought my first boat 18 months ago through Boat Showrooms of London and was given considerable help & advice throughout the process. Because of this help I decided to take a mooring at the marina. Without exception, everyone involved at the marina has been friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. I like it that Shepperton is a marina for people who actually use their boats.

How lucky we are to have found Shepperton Marina to moor our boat. It's always such a joy to be here whatever the weather or indeed the time of year, whether it's contemplating cruising on the river or just relaxing aboard. Quite apart from our delightful mooring location, we really appreciate the care and hard work undertaken by ALL the marina staff ensuring the Marina runs so efficiently, allowing us to thoroughly enjoy our leisure time afloat.

We have known Shepperton for many years now during our visits there for fuel and chandlery items. Our only regret is not coming to moor at Shepperton Marina sooner. It is so nice and peaceful, clean, well kept and quiet; the facilities are excellent and we’re always greeted with a smile.

During our recent first visit to Shepperton Marina, we were invited to take a walk around and have a chat with fellow marina users, who made us feel very welcome and were keen to offer support and advice. Having now bought our first motorboat from Boat Showrooms of London and taken up a berth at Shepperton, we are happy to report that the marina is very well operated and maintained, the level of security is reassuring and all the staff are easy to approach for advice or even to stop & have a friendly chat with.

My wife and I have found mooring at Shepperton Marina an extremely pleasant experience. When we bought our boat through Boat Showrooms of London, everyone was very helpful and patient. This was our first boat and we found that all the advice we were given was invaluable. Both the office, craneage and maintenance staff are always happy, friendly and willing to help and give good advice. Our boat has been lifted out, anti fouled and returned to the water with precision and care. This was all done at the time requested by us without any fuss. We could not ask for a better service.

On the few occasions we have stayed overnight, we found the idyllic surroundings peaceful and quiet. The shower and toilet block is always spotless, warm and ideally situated for our mooring. The pontoons & footpaths are also well maintained & the general ambience is clean, calm and organised.
