Moorings for all
Long or short, wide or thin, big or small
At Shepperton we have over 400 delightful moorings across four basins. Basins A & B are ideal for conventional small-to-medium sized motor boats and river craft, almost all with electrical hook-ups and water supply. And all within easy reach of showers, toilets and other main facilities. But one size doesn’t fit all, so we many other special moorings.
For those with narrowboats we can offer pontoon berths especially for these craft in Basin C & D, all with full services. Alternatively there are numerous moorings around the grassy banks of the Marina, just right for canal boats. These fully serviced Premier bankside spots are a popular choice amongst owners.
However, perhaps you’re the owner of a larger vessel, maybe a fly-bridge motor yacht. These, too, can easily be accommodated here at Shepperton on special dedicated and fully serviced moorings, mainly in Basin C and our brand new Basin D. If your vessel benefits from folding hoods and radar arches, you’ll still be able to cruise many stretches of the middle and lower Thames and remember Shepperton is only two locks away from the tideway at Teddington.
With Dutch Barge style craft becoming increasingly popular these days, we have constructed a number of moorings eminently suitable for these long & beamy vessels, again, with full services laid on. All our moorings, whether for conventional or special boats are within easy reach of car parking and all other services.
